I’m seeing my business in a new way. I’m beginning to see that everything I offer is about freedom. I’m also clear that individuals and organizations are in need of new ways of prioritizing freedom, of making freedom an integral part of their lives and their bottom lines.
In my own life, I’ve prioritized freedom. In my work life, and 15+ years in leadership, I’ve broken away from the old paradigm and colonial mindset of “professionalism” at all costs. I have benefited from breaking free of the boxes life can create (from career expectations driven by money, to embracing my queer identity, and everything in between). My teams have benefited from having a voice in the room that won’t just go along with the power structure.
When I think of my most toxic work experience, and the employees most impacted by ongoing acts of paternalism, conflict, bias, and harm, having a voice of freedom in the room that models concepts of sovereignty and self-actualization, has made a difference. I want that life outside the box experience for you. I want that democratic, self-actualizing model for your organization.
If you’re here because you want to learn more about how to “get free” in your own life or you want to know what freedom looks like as part of your business model, you’re in the right place. I’m going beyond your typical Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion paradigm, and encouraging you to also. Let’s practice freedom.
I’m laser focused on what I like to call, Liberation Praxis. This is the practice of Liberation (i.e., the doing, the actions, the steps toward greater freedom). I offer a few paths forward.
The paths are designed for individuals or organizations. When you click on the path that you’d like to take, the offerings appear.
